We will support research on prevention and recovery from burnout, fatigue, exhaustion as well as align global clinical terms to unite and speed up better health for all. In Sweden there is a clinical term that is "exhaustion syndrome" that makes no difference if the disease is from personal life or work related. Abroad the symptoms and meaning of burnout are more related to work only. At syre we believe in the Swedish approach as life consist and is a balance of both work and private life.  

Once a year syre.fund will dividend for one or more projects equivalent to 33% of last year annual turn over. It is very common to offer 10% of the turnover for charity but we at syre goes one step further with our 33% equivalent to about 79 SEK per bracelet. As syre is a commercial charity initiative without pre-defined projects to support we are not in scope for being a "90-konto" where aim is to dividend 75% of the turnover. At syre we believe in scale rather than percentage. As we aim for global recognition and sales, the 33% dividend is likely to overcome 75% in actual amounts from Swedish supporters only.

Each bracelet have a cost and to secure the global awareness making sure to fund more impactful research and actions for prevention and recovery the word need to be shared through marketing activities and maintenance of website and financials.

• Design and assembly of locker, leather, stamp and packaging is being made in Sweden by hand.
• Leather is supplied from Venice in Italy
• Packaging and stainless steel lockers are produced in China
• Stickers are produced in Sweden
• Advertising and PR is being made on wellknown platforms such as Meta and Google

To motivate and secure the future of a long term commitment syre will make stock dividends.

PAY TAX

It is simple. In Sweden we pay 25% tax for each sold bracelet. Hopefully we can influence the regulators and government to prioritize mental health actions to larger extent meaning we will dividend indirectly more than 33% of our turnover.
